Creative Healing Options
Most people believe that there is an unseen world of energy circulating around and through us. What if that energy is the bridge for spirit to inhabit the physical body and is responsible for our connection to everything? After years of struggling with a couple of patterns that I was unable to shift, I delved deeper into the realm of energy, consciousness and spirit, how they interact, interconnect and infuse all that is.
What if our drive, vitality and connection to purpose stem from how well our energetic and spiritual bodies are able to organize and circulate this energy around and through our physical bodies and environment? What if everything is in relation to the whole and therefore dependent on the choices we make in how we relate and inter-relate?
Our filters and perceptions can be colored or impaired by any manner of life events including emotional, psychological and physical trauma, broken hearts, injury, illness and intentional or unintentional cruelty inflicted by family, friends and society at large. Like any trauma, we respond with coping mechanisms of some kind, healthy or not, that can become unconscious, habituated responses. Most habituated responses leave us feeling disempowered, victimized and purposeless.
I assess the energetic and spiritual patterns of fixed beliefs, limiting perspectives and habitual responses and ruminations then determine the appropriate course of action(s). My session work uses unique and varied modalities which may seem conversational yet reach deep into the field of infinite possibilities! All sessions are by appointment via telephone or SKYPE, as well as done remotely.
